The 6R grinder mill was developed by more than 20 superior technicians of Shanghai Jianye by studying the development trend of the mining machinery at home and abroad. It is a revolutionary and innovational grinder mills, which breaks the limitation of the outputs of domestic grinder mills and receives good reputation among our customers.
When the materials enter the chamber of 6R mills, the spade shoved the materials to the middle of the ring and rollers. There is a highly compressed spring in the grinding part, which could increase the compression by 120%. Besides, we could even lower the rotate speed of rollers to improve the stability and efficiency. With the recirculating air flow, the powder will be sent to the classifier for separation; the unqualified powder will be sent back for regrinding while the qualified ones will enter the cyclone collector and be discharged from the outlet. The flow will get back to the blower. The air flow will be recycled in pipes while the extra flow will be released through the dust cleaner.
